Potom premiešame.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Opláchneme ryžu, pridáme do nej kari korenie, soľ a rovnomerne ju rozložíme na vrstvu mäsa a mrkvy s hrozienkami.  Do ryže „schováme“ strúčiky neošúpaného cesnaku, ktoré jej dodajú jemnú chuť a arómu a zalejeme horúcou vodou, cca 1 cm nad ryžu. Vrstva nevarenej ryže by mala mať cca 3 cm.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Pri servírovaní posypte petržlenovou vňaťkou.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

V Globusu mi byl doporučen sumeček pro svou jemnou chuť a je totálně bez kostí. Jedli jsme poprvé a ryba je to výborná! :-D:-D:-D</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Postup přípravy:</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Cuketu nastrouháme na tenké plátky, v míse osolíme, opepříme, přidáme stroužek prolisovaného česneku, hrst nahrubo strouhaného parmazánu, vše promícháme a dáme do mističek nebo formiček na muffiny.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Vložíme do předehřáté trouby a pečeme cca 15 minut na 180 stupňů Celsia do zlatova. </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Rybu osolíme, opepříme a potřeme rozpuštěným máslem s nasekanými bylinkami a šťávou z citronu (já použila petržel a tymián). </span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Rozehřejeme pánev a rybu na ní upečeme (já měla rybu bez kůže, proto jsem pekla na pečícím papíru, aby se mi zespoda nechytala na pánev).</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">A je to!</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Talíř ozdobíme kouskem salátu, naservírujeme rybu, vyklopíme gratin a zapijeme sklenkou lahodného bílého vína *wine**wine*</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">DOBROU CHUŤ!</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Petra</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Množství soli i výběr bylinek je hlavně na vás. České základní bylinky jsou taky moc dobré. Skvělá je tam na provonění třeba větvička rozmarýnu. Ke směsi přidejte trošku oleje na zjemnění, osolte a okořeňte. Nakonec přidejte jen tolik strouhanky, aby se ze směsi dobře tvarovaly ploché karbanátky. Poté přidáme cuketu na kostky (oloupanou a bez jader) a dusíme do změknutí. Opět přidáme ½ lžičky muškátového květu, sójovou omáčku dost), worcester, cukr a ocet, dle chuti. Ještě chvíli dusíme.
