Alebo si urobíme malé buchtičky, ktoré v strede nakrojíme nožom ako kaiserky.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Pečieme na dvoch plechoch do chrumkava.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Naprosto jedinečné je čatní (chutney), které dodá šmrncovní a šik kabátek celé řadě masových i nemasových pokrmů.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Udělejte si jedno &quot;čatní odpoledne&quot; a vytvořte si zásobu skleniček do spíže. Stačí pak jen sáhnout po té správné a v  pár okamžicích připravíte hotovou kulinářskou pohádku. Staňte se hvězdou v kuchyni a sklízejte pochvaly od všech vašich strávníků.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;"><strong>Co na rajčatové čatní budete potřebovat?</strong></span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">340 g cibule (oloupané)4 PL kokosového oleje3 stroužky českého česneku (doporučuji. Má intenzivní aroma a je šťavnatější)1 kg oloupaných a nakrájených rajčat440 g oloupaných jablek zbavených jadřinců (odpovídá cca 5 ks středně velkých plodů)70 g rozinek1/2 KL cayenského pepře3 PL soli2 ks bobkového listu8 kuliček nového koření (rozdrtit v hmoždíři)1 PL sladké mleté červené papriky5 PL třtinového cukru1 citron (kůru i šťávu)</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Z tohoto <strong>množství</strong> vyrobíte cca 5 ks skleniček o objemu 0,33 l.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;"><strong>Doba přípravy:</strong> 40 minut na přípravu zeleniny a jablek, 30 minut dušení, 5 minut sterilizace v zavařovacím hrnci</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;"><strong>Postup:</strong></span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Oloupanou cibuli nakrájejte na půl měsíčky. Rajská jablíčka dejte spařit. Nařízněte protější část stopky každého plodu do kříže a vložte do kastrolu. Zalijte teplou vodou a nechte projít varem. Postačí 30 vteřin. Poté rajčata sceďte a okamžitě zalijte studenou vodou. Snadno se tímto způsobem zbavíte nežádoucí svrchní slupky, která by v čatní byla nevzhledná a příliš tuhá. Když je budete mít oloupané, nakrájejte je na menší kousky. Přendejte do mísy i se šťávou.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Česnek můžete utřít. Já ho raději krájím na jemné kousíčky.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Jablka oloupejte a zbavte jadřinců. Nakrájejte na malé kostičky.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Do kastrolu nalijte kokosový olej a zahřejte. Přidávejte postupně ingredience. Začněte cibulí a česnekem. Krátce orestujte a přidejte nakrájená jablíčka. Opět promíchejte a dodejte rajčata i se šťávou. Pokud máte šťávy dostatek, nemusíte vůbec podlévat vodou. V opačném případě podlijte směs 0,2 dcl vody.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Přidejte koření. Osolte, opepřete, oslaďte cukrem a duste na mírném plameni 10 minut. Promíchejte a přidejte rozinky. Duste dalších 10 minut.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Limetu dobře omyjte a nastrouhejte z ní kůru. Rozřízněte ji a vymačkejte šťávu. Přidejte ke směsi a krátce provařte. Ochutnejte, zda je směs dle vaší představy a chuti. Můžete dosolit nebo dosladit.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Já mám raději čatní s kousky zeleniny a ovoce. Ovšem, pokud chcete mít čatní jako hrubší pyré, můžete ho semlít na strojku nebo rozkutrovat v mixéru.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">Hotové čatní nalévejte do teplých dobře vymytých sklenic a zavíčkujte. Já je raději ještě dávám do zavařovacího hrnce sterilizovat při teplotě 85 °C tak 5 minut. Mám jistotu, že víčka dobře přilnou a zabráním tak případnému rychlému zkažení výrobku.</span><div class="wprm-spacer"></div><span style="display: block;">MŮJ TIP: nejraději mám čatní jako přílohu k masíčku připravenému na minutku. Ale naprosto báječné je přidávat ho do různých masových nebo zeleninových směsí. Po vykynutí umotáme 10 rohlíků, necháme ještě v teple 15 minut kynout. Pokud chceme rohlíky posypat solí, kmínem nebo jinými semínky, tak je těsně před pečením potřeme vlažným mlékem a posypeme. Pečeme při 215 stupních zhruba 15 minut. Při pečení je potřeba dát do trouby na dno kastrůlek s vodou, aby se tvořila pára. Po upečení necháme vychladnout a pak už jen &quot;dobrou chuť&quot;. Já si dala na okošt ještě vlahý rohlík s čerstvým máslem a domácí marmoškou a nemělo to chybu.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Jablká ošúpeme, vyrežeme jadrovníky a pokrájame na kúsky (čím sú jablká tvrdšie, tým menšie kúsky krájame). Cibuľu ošúpeme a pokrájame na polmesiačiky. Nakrájané suroviny dáme do hrnca, pridáme zvyšné ingrediencie a varíme pootvorené (aby sa vyparilo trocha šťavy a kečup nebol riedky) na miernom plameni zhruba 1,5 hodiny. Občas premiešame. Keď obsah hrnca zhustne, kečup je hotový. Uvarenú zmes prepasírujeme cez sitko, znova povaríme a horúcu zmes nalejeme do čistých zaváracích pohárov, dobre ich zavrieme, obrátime dnom na hor a necháme vychladnúť.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>

Necháme kysnúť asi 1 hodinu. Rozdelíme na 2 časti, rozvaľkáme, posypeme pažítkou a strúhaným syrom, zrolujeme a dáme do 2 vymazaných chlebových foriem. Na vrchu urobíme nožíkom trochu zárez a necháme podkysnúť ešte asi 30 min. Pečieme na 200 stupňov asi 40 min.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
